What rik collects
rik collects account information such as email address, username, display name, profile information, posts, messages, marketplace listings, uploaded images, notification preferences, device push identifiers, and basic app usage and performance information.
How rik uses data
We use this data to provide campus social features, authenticate UW community members, deliver notifications, operate messaging and marketplace features, prevent abuse, respond to reports, improve reliability, and support the app.
Safety, reports, and blocks
Reports are reviewed by rik admins. Blocking a user hides that user across core app surfaces and prevents new messages. Moderation records may be retained as needed for safety, abuse prevention, and support.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app from your profile actions. Deletion removes login access, profile identity, active listings, sessions, and push tokens. Some anonymized records may be retained when needed for safety, integrity, legal, or moderation reasons.
